Accessibility Statement

1. Commitment

Adults with disabilities must be able to discover Creators, understand policies, complete verification, book, and join sessions. ComePlay's product target is substantial conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA for ComePlay-controlled web experiences. That is a target, not a claim that every current page or third-party flow already conforms.

2. Current design practices

ComePlay's design standard is semantic headings, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, labels and instructions, text alternatives, sufficient color contrast, responsive layouts, understandable errors, and status messages that do not depend only on color. ComePlay includes accessibility checks in product testing and prioritizes barriers that block verification, checkout, policy acceptance, or session access.

3. Third-party services

Discord, Stripe, Didit, games, and other linked services control their own accessibility. ComePlay cannot change a third-party interface, but will look for a reasonable supported alternative when a third-party barrier stops an eligible person from completing an essential ComePlay step. Any alternative must preserve the required identity, age, payment, fraud, and safety controls.

4. Request an accommodation or report a barrier

Use the authenticated private intake. Include the page or step, what you were trying to do, the barrier, the browser or assistive technology if you choose to share it, and the accommodation you prefer. No public support inbox is designated during early access, so use the authenticated intake when no email appears here. Do not send disability medical records unless ComePlay explains why a specific limited item is legally necessary.

During early access, ComePlay aims to acknowledge an accessibility request within five business days and does not offer a 24/7 response. Urgent danger belongs with emergency services, not the accessibility channel.

5. No retaliation

ComePlay will never retaliate against someone for requesting a reasonable accommodation or reporting an accessibility barrier. Accommodation does not waive the adults-only, identity, payment, safety, or service-integrity requirements, but those requirements should be met through an equally effective accessible method where reasonably available.

6. Ongoing review

The product changes quickly. ComePlay updates this statement when testing reveals a material barrier, accessibility ownership changes, or a supported alternative becomes available.

Start at the ComePlay Help page. The current Discord session button creates a private owner-attention flag; it is not an emergency line or a complete legal, privacy, copyright, or payment claim by itself. Never put identity documents, card details, intimate media, or illegal content in Discord.
