Safety & Prohibited Services

1. Core boundary

ComePlay is an adults-only marketplace for accurately described play sessions, gameplay coaching or review, creator education, and ordinary nonsexual social conversation. Age verification never makes a sexual, romantic, dangerous, illegal, or deceptive service acceptable here.

The supported path is a restricted ComePlay Discord session space plus any mutually agreed game or screen-sharing tool identified in the listing. Restricted means access-controlled, not absolutely confidential.

2. Sexual, romantic, and dating activity is prohibited

• Nudity, pornography, fetish content, erotic roleplay, sexting, sexualized voice or camera activity, or requests for sexual images, clothing, ratings, or acts.
• Flirting sold as a service, paid romantic attention, dating, matchmaking, relationship simulation, exclusivity, jealousy play, or romantic introductions.
• Escorting, physical contact, hotels, travel, in-person meetings, or any offer to exchange money or value for sexual or romantic activity.
• Adult-content subscriptions, sexual upsells, links, tips, or moving a ComePlay contact to an adult or dating platform.
• Euphemisms, coded language, roleplay, "jokes," or off-platform coordination intended to evade these restrictions.

3. Minors and age uncertainty

No person under 18 may book, list, join, or participate in a ComePlay session. Never sexualize, groom, threaten, exploit, or move a suspected minor to another service. If someone says or reasonably appears to be under 18, end the paid session, do not investigate or solicit proof yourself, and file a report.

Receiving unexpected contact from a suspected minor is not itself a violation when the adult stops, avoids risky engagement, and reports appropriately. Never download, copy, forward, or upload suspected child sexual abuse material. Report it directly to Discord and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children CyberTipline, and contact emergency services for immediate danger.

4. Other prohibited services and conduct

• Harassment, sexual harassment, stalking, hate, threats, coercion, intimidation, targeted degradation, extortion, or retaliation.
• Doxxing, impersonation, nonconsensual intimate media, manipulated sexual imagery, scams, phishing, malware, or credential theft.
• Gambling, wagering, money transmission, loans, sham bookings, laundering, stolen goods, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Cheats, account boosting or sale, ban evasion, unauthorized bots, or services that violate a game's or platform's rules.
• Guaranteed wins, ranks, earnings, relationships, medical outcomes, or other misleading promises.
• Off-platform payment, fee evasion, donations disguised as bookings, stored value, paid DMs, or unsupported paid upsells.
• Discrimination prohibited by applicable law or refusal to respect accessibility accommodations that are reasonable for the service.

5. Consent and boundaries

Consent is specific to the booked service and can be withdrawn at any time. Agreeing to a game, voice call, camera, or screen share is not consent to a different activity. Stop the relevant topic, camera, share, game, or contact when asked. A participant may leave a session at any time.

Do not pressure someone to reveal a legal name, address, phone number, workplace, relationship status, social account, personal server, financial information, or other information not needed for the booking.

6. Privacy, recordings, and evidence

ComePlay does not routinely record or transcribe Discord voice or video sessions. You may not record, screenshot, capture, rebroadcast, stream, publish, sell, or distribute any restricted session content. This platform rule applies even where applicable law might otherwise permit a participant to record. Informal permission in voice, chat, a direct message, or another service does not override the rule. ComePlay cannot technically prevent every device-level capture.

You may report unauthorized recording or publication at any time. These reports are never subject to the 72-hour financial-remedy window in the Refund policy and remain available indefinitely.

This rule does not prohibit preserving a limited, lawfully obtained item reasonably necessary to report serious misconduct, provided it is submitted only through an approved intake and is not illegal content. Minimize unrelated personal information. Never post evidence publicly, mobilize an audience, or use it to threaten another person. See the Privacy Notice.

7. Leave, block, and report

If a situation feels unsafe, leave first, block contact where useful, and report through the Help page. You may also report directly to Discord, a game platform, payment provider, or law enforcement. The Discord "Report an issue" button flags the booking for owner attention; it is not by itself a complete safety case, so follow the instructions on the Help page.

Do not confront, entrap, bait, investigate, or publicly accuse the other person. Include the booking, conduct category, relevant timestamps, a concise factual description, any immediate safety concern, and the help you want. Submit only relevant evidence you may lawfully possess.

8. Fair reporting and report abuse

Good-faith reports are protected even if incomplete, delayed, corrected, withdrawn, duplicated under stress, or not substantiated. Filing first does not establish fault, and denial of a report, refund, or appeal does not establish abuse.

Knowingly fabricated reports, altered evidence, impersonation, doxxing through intake, coordinated false reporting, bribery, retaliation, threats, retaliatory reviews or chargebacks, and attempts to identify or pressure a reporter are prohibited.

9. Review and interim protections

ComePlay may restrict the affected session, room, contact, listing, account, booking, or related payout while a serious concern is reviewed. Interim action is precautionary and is not a finding of guilt. Where safe and lawful, each involved person should receive a reason category and an opportunity to provide relevant information.

Automated tools may detect, hold, prioritize, or route content and signals but will not be the sole final judge of credibility, serious sanctions, refunds, or payouts. ComePlay may consider conduct outside ComePlay when reliable evidence shows it is materially connected to a ComePlay booking, participant, threat, or attempt to evade these rules. ComePlay does not promise continuous monitoring of external services.

10. Outcomes and appeal

Depending on severity, reliability, history, and risk, outcomes may include education, warning, content removal, room or contact limits, refund or payout review, listing pause, temporary restriction, or permanent removal. ComePlay may report credible criminal or imminent safety concerns as permitted or required by law.

A person may request one appeal within seven days after a final platform decision by identifying a material procedural error, factual error, or new relevant information. A different reviewer should be used when reasonably available. ComePlay is currently owner-operated, so an independent internal reviewer may not always be available. Use the authenticated private intake and include the case reference.

11. Emergencies and service limits

ComePlay support is not emergency dispatch, law enforcement, a crisis line, or a 24/7 staffed moderation service. Call 911 or local emergency services for immediate danger. Call or text 988 in the United States for suicide or crisis support. ComePlay cannot guarantee that any participant is safe, truthful, or appropriate, and cannot prevent unwanted off-platform contact.

Start at the ComePlay Help page. The current Discord session button creates a private owner-attention flag; it is not an emergency line or a complete legal, privacy, copyright, or payment claim by itself. Never put identity documents, card details, intimate media, or illegal content in Discord.
