Identity & Age Verification Notice

1. Adults-only gate

ComePlay is limited to adults age 18 or older in the United States. A Member must pass the current age-assurance gate before a booking or paid session. A Creator must pass the configured government-ID, liveness, face-match, and age workflow before publication.

The verification provider is not configured in every environment. When it is unavailable or incomplete, the affected booking, publication, or session gate stays closed. ComePlay never accepts an identity document sent through Discord or ordinary support in place of the hosted check.

2. Hosted provider process

ComePlay uses Didit's hosted verification flow. The provider may request a government identity document, selfie or video, liveness check, face comparison, and age evidence; may assess document validity and fraud indicators; and may require a retry. Didit's own end-user terms and privacy notice govern that hosted process.

Use only the signed link opened from your authenticated ComePlay account. Never send an identity document to a Creator, a Member, a Discord moderator, or anyone claiming to be ComePlay support.

3. What ComePlay receives and stores

ComePlay receives only an opaque provider and session ID, the workflow and policy version, the exact status, the eligibility result, timestamps, and the bounded reason, warning, or risk codes needed to operate the gate. ComePlay's application database does not store the raw document image or number, legal name, date of birth, selfie, liveness video, face template, confidence score, or biometric media.

The provider controls its raw verification media under its own privacy notice, our contract, the configured retention, and law. ComePlay's US launch configuration sets raw verification-media retention to 30 days, subject to a shorter deletion right or longer period required by law. 4. Outcomes

• Approved: the applicable identity or age gate opens until expiry or a required recheck.
• Retry or incomplete: correct the identified technical or capture problem through the hosted provider.
• Inconclusive or under review: the gate stays closed until the provider information or an available review is complete.
• Under 18, false, manipulated, or ineligible: the gated activity is blocked and the account may be restricted.

An approval confirms only the provider's eligibility result at a point in time. It is not a criminal background check, an endorsement, a guarantee of identity claims outside the checked fields, or a promise that a person or session is safe.

5. Reverification and account matching

ComePlay may require a new check after expiry, a material account or country change, a provider requirement, credible account takeover, inconsistent identity signals, or a reasonable fraud or safety concern. A verification belongs to the person and account that completed it; it cannot be sold, shared, transferred, or reused for anyone else.

6. Prohibited conduct

Do not use another person's document or face; edit or fabricate a document; use a replay, mask, deepfake, emulator, injection, proxy person, or other bypass; bribe or threaten a reviewer; or submit a minor's information. ComePlay may report suspected manipulation to the provider, Stripe, Discord, authorities, or affected services when reasonably necessary and lawful.

7. Review and accessibility

If you believe a result is wrong, use the authenticated private intake and provide the verification session ID and a concise explanation. Do not attach the identity document. ComePlay may ask the provider to review the result or may offer a fresh hosted attempt, but it cannot override a confirmed under-18 result.

If a disability, device limitation, or document-access issue prevents use of the standard flow, use the authenticated private intake, the only channel during early access, because no public support inbox is designated yet. ComePlay will seek a reasonable, equally reliable accommodation where one is available, and will not waive the adults-only requirement.

Start at the ComePlay Help page. The current Discord session button creates a private owner-attention flag; it is not an emergency line or a complete legal, privacy, copyright, or payment claim by itself. Never put identity documents, card details, intimate media, or illegal content in Discord.
