Copyright & DMCA Policy

1. Respect for intellectual property

Creators and Members may submit only content they own or are authorized to use. ComePlay may remove or restrict content that appears to infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. This Policy sets out ComePlay's process under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

2. Designated copyright agent

ComePlay has not designated or published a complete DMCA agent for early access and makes no representation that US Copyright Office registration is complete. Public user-content hosting, commercial enrollment, and live payments stay disabled until the operator and designated-agent records are complete.

General support and the Discord report button are not substitutes for a designated legal notice channel. ComePlay will not claim DMCA safe harbor based on an incomplete early-access contact.

3. Copyright infringement notice

A written notice must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works.
3. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material in enough detail for ComePlay to find it, such as the exact profile or page URL and the relevant text or image.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Do not include unrelated identity documents, card data, intimate media, or illegal content. A knowing material misrepresentation may create liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

4. What happens after a notice

ComePlay may request missing information, remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the affected account, preserve relevant records, and forward the notice to that person. Removal is not a final decision about ownership, fair use, or infringement; only a court decides that.

5. Counter-notice

A person who believes material was removed by mistake or misidentification may send the designated agent a written counter-notice containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the person has a good-faith belief the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
4. The person's name, address, and telephone number, plus consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate US Federal District Court under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) and acceptance of service from the original claimant or its agent.

ComePlay may forward the counter-notice to the original claimant and may restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless the claimant reports filing an action seeking a court order.

6. Repeat infringement and other rights

In appropriate circumstances, ComePlay may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers, weighing reliable notices, counter-notices, retractions, and court outcomes. ComePlay may also address trademark, publicity, privacy, and other rights complaints through the Help page, but the DMCA counter-notice procedure applies only to copyright.

7. Help with content posted elsewhere

A Creator may ask ComePlay for help documenting or reporting an unauthorized recording, privacy violation, intimate-image abuse, impersonation, harassment, or misuse of ComePlay branding on another service. ComePlay uses only a truthful reporting path supported by the affected person's rights, ComePlay's own rights, or a specific written authorization. A person's appearance in a recording does not by itself make ComePlay the copyright owner, and ComePlay will not file a knowingly false copyright notice to remove criticism. The service hosting the material makes its own decision.

Start at the ComePlay Help page. The current Discord session button creates a private owner-attention flag; it is not an emergency line or a complete legal, privacy, copyright, or payment claim by itself. Never put identity documents, card details, intimate media, or illegal content in Discord.
